“Thankful”

In 2018 has brought a lot of changes in my life with health, relationships between family and friends and a whole new-found family.  I can say this year was a ride of a lifetime, but the journey was worth the ride.  I am blessed to have the love ones that have been on this journey with me and all the conversations we have had.  By each of the action that you have displayed has brought a closer and stronger bond between us.  I am thankful for all my relationships even the ones that are broken, maybe one day they can be mended.

To my new-found family on my father side on.  This has been a long journey of 54 years wondering who my father is.  I started with only two pieces of information finally the search and wait is now over.  Just this year I learned about who my father was as a man, son, brother, father, grandfather, and Uncle.  I am truly blessed to have met a few of my Aunts and Uncles as well as many cousins not to forget about my beautiful sister and two wonderful nephews’.  I felt as this year was a rebirth for me and I hold a special bond for each one of them in my heart.  The fun we had and shared this past summer I would never forget as I will hold very close to my heart.  

All I could wish for: that we continue on this life long journey together.  “I’m Thankful to each one of you!”
